I highly recommend Infinity Credit Union for anyone looking for the personal attention the larger banks won’t provide.

It is so nice to have a bank that truly cares about its customers, no matter how small. I won’t do business anywhere else.

I love this bank, and more importantly I love the people they have working for them. Kim was beyond helpful. She understood, and she relieved any anxiety I had about the situation. She was so easy to talk to, and she was one of, if not the best, customer service people I’ve ever spoken with. She is genuinely so kind and nice, and it’s people like her who make me want to keep banking with Infinity because it shows they care about their customers and employ people who do their job above and beyond.

Account opening Procedures

Why we ask for your identification

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this means for you: when you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We will also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents. For Youth Accounts, we will ask for the child’s social security number.
