How and when to apply

The SBA has simplified the forgiveness process into one easy-to-use form with instructions included. Refer to the Small Business Administration’s FAQs to guide you through the process.

If you have already submitted your forgiveness application through Infinity Credit Union, you do not need to apply again through the SBA portal. We will submit your application on your behalf. 

A borrower can apply for forgiveness once all loan proceeds for which the borrower is requesting forgiveness have been used. Borrowers can apply for forgiveness any time up to the maturity date of the loan. If borrowers do not apply for forgiveness within 10 months after the last day of the covered period, then PPP loan payments are no longer deferred and borrowers will begin making loan payments to their PPP lender.

If your loan amount is greater than $150,000, please contact us for forgiveness instructions.
